I changed my mind. Can I return my order?

The return of your order is accepted, provided that your request for withdrawal is made within 14 days from the delivery date. The return costs are your responsibility.

To ensure that the return and refund take place in the best conditions, please strictly respect the procedure to follow (failing this, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):

  1. Write to us at with your order number, to inform us of your withdrawal request. From this date, you have 14 days to return the products to us (shipment date).
  2. Check that all products are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded.
  3. Please include in your package with the product(s) in question, the order number concerned as well as your first and last name.
  4. Return the package to the following address:

Choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number we will not accept any claims regarding lost packages.

The refund will be made upon receipt of your package.

A product has arrived damaged, defective, or there is an error in the order.
