How to benefit from free delivery?

Delivery is automatically free from €50 in the basket for mainland France.

What are the delivery methods?

Colissimo home delivery:

You will have a colissimo tracking number to follow your shipment on the Colissimo website. Deliveries, after the package preparation time, are made in 1 to 3 working days for France and 4/5 days for other countries.

Delivery to GLS relay point:

Delivery takes place within 1 to 3 days to the relay point of your choice.

How long will it take me to receive my order?

After preparation of your order in our workshops, allow on average 1 to 3 working days.

Can I order internationally?

Mamik delivers to everyone. We use the Colissimo method for our shipments. You will have a tracking number to track your order.

Where is the nearest relay point to my home?

The selection of the relay point closest to you is made after purchase by entering your city and postal code of delivery.

Is my payment secure?

Mamik has chosen Stripe and its secure payment interface as a partner. When paying by credit card, you will be automatically redirected to the online payment platform. You will then be able to transmit your banking details in complete security since the data is encrypted by the “Security Socket Layer” security system (SSL technology)

Mamik does not have access to your bank details at any time.

You can also pay using Paypal.

We will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment.

Can I return my package?

Returns within 14 days except personalized products.

We do not exchange items. If you want to get the same item in a different color or a different item, place a new order on the site.

Here is the procedure for returning an item to us:

1) Send an email to contact@mamik.fr

2) Prepare your package: put the clean product(s) with the label and original packaging in the package of your order.

3) Keep proof of deposit of the package (until the package is processed by us): In the event of a dispute or loss of the package by the carrier, the deposit slip will be taken as proof and the product(s) will be reimbursed ( s) returned(s) can be carried out in this way.

For returns from abroad, return costs are your responsibility. Return the products to us by tracked parcel to the following address:

Upon receipt of your package, we will send you an email to notify you and we will reimburse the returned product(s) within 15 working days. The refund method is the one used when paying for your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will credit you back to your credit card. It is not possible to change payment method for reimbursement.

Note: “outbound” shipping costs remain your responsibility. Only the value of the products (discounts deducted) can be refunded. In the case of a return by us (defect or shipping error), we will reimburse you for shipping costs on request by e-mail to contact@mamik.fr
